Installation Services
At Comfortmasters, we offer the best in installation quality. We realize that every home is different so we strive to make every customer happy with quality installations following ACCA guidelines for retrofit or new construction installations.
At Comfortmasters, we perform load calculations on the space being conditioned to insure proper sizing of the equipment being replaced. We inspect the ductwork visually first to determine if the ductwork needs tested to determine if the right amount of air is being delivered. Sometimes this may occur after the installation of new equipment or Air Handler if the old equipment was in bad enough shape that it cannot produce enough air to satisfy a duct test. We perform room to room load calculations and compare them to actual outputs of the tests. This way we can pinpoint the problems you can see and can't see in the duct system and we can provide you with an accurate bid.
The Department of Energy says poor ductwork or design can reduce efficiency by 20% - 40%. Of course, it is the customer’s choice as to how far we go, but the choices are yours. We then can provide a test to prove in writing that the quality of the job meets or exceeds ACCA, ASHRAE and State standards.
