All preventative maintenance calls for our Preventative Maintenance Agreement customers includes a complete 90-day operational warranty on all systems deemed in good operation upon completion of the PM inspection by our technician and is so stated on the invoice. PM-related items that can be tested for performance and reliability in a PM environment are motors, capacitors, relays and boards, contactors, defrost controls , heat sequencing relays, timers and sensors (as it is related to the defrost cycle). Some of the things that cannot be included are, but not limited to, coils, compressors, cabinets and any other item that cannot have its reliability tested in a preventative maintenance environment. Acts of God and misuse are not covered items.
If your system should fail for any maintenance-related reason within 90 days after we perform your preventative maintenance call and the system is determined to be in good operation by our technician, all labor for the PM-related repair is covered by Comfortmasters.
All repairs made on service calls and/or 48-point checks include a 30-day labor warranty on said repair with a one-year parts warranty. If the system fails within 30 days and the technician has deemed to be in good operation and noted it on the invoice, the dispatch fee will not apply to return calls.
Comfortmasters also provides an optional Platinum Preventive Maintenance Warranty, an all inclusive repair program that will include parts as well as labor. Please read more about it here, or contact us today to learn more!
